Deferment from mobilization after military service

I have heard that they are going to introduce new contracts for the military, and they promise a one-year deferment from mobilization after the completion of contract service if you served under a contract for 2 to 5 years. I am interested in whether this deferment will truly be automatic after my contract ends, or if it will be necessary to process additional paperwork or submit applications? And is there a risk that I could still be mobilized during this year?
