Updating the classification of civil service positions

I have read that there are plans to update the methodology for classifying positions and remunerating civil servants. I work as a civil servant and I am interested: can changes in this classification affect my official salary or even lead to a change of my position without my consent? I would like to understand what possible consequences employees can expect during such an update.
