Law on Housing Policy: What Will Change for People?

I saw the news that the parliament recommended adopting a new draft law on the fundamental principles of housing policy, and it is supposed to affect the quality and affordability of housing, as well as support for citizens. I would like to understand if this law will somehow change my opportunities to obtain housing or affect the procedure for providing housing subsidies? What's new for ordinary people in this document?
