Dismissal of a judge due to non-compliance with the position

I have read that the High Qualification Commission of Judges found some judges to be non-compliant with their position and decided to submit a proposal for their dismissal to the High Council of Justice. I am interested to know if such judges can appeal this decision and how they should act in such a situation if they consider the decision to be unfounded?
