I am currently receiving basic social assistance for low-income families and I have heard about the one-time payment of 6500 UAH for 'Winter Support'. Can I still count on this payment if I have been receiving basic social assistance since November, or does this assistance really exclude me from being eligible for 'Winter Support' even if I applied for it after November 1st?

The 6500 UAH 'Winter Support' can be received by parents and legal guardians who are already receiving state assistance for: children under guardianship or custody; children with disabilities in family-type orphanages and foster families; IDP children who receive a living allowance; children from low-income families under 18 years of age.
