Legal uncertainty regarding property acquisition
I am currently wondering if it is safe to buy real estate or land, as I have learned that the list of non-circulable assets, which are not covered by the new law on the protection of bona fide purchasers, has not yet been approved. If I buy such property and it is formally listed in all registries, but it later turns out that it was not supposed to be an object of sale, what could be the risks for me? Could I lose this property or be left with nothing due to such legal uncertainty? How can I protect myself in such a situation?
