Can military personnel receive pension supplements for an academic degree?
As I understand it, the Supreme Court recently ruled that when recalculating pensions for military personnel, supplements for an academic degree and academic title are not taken into account in accordance with the Law on Higher Education, but only according to separate resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers. I am interested to know if it is true that military personnel with an academic degree or academic title should not receive such pension supplements? If I have the relevant diploma, why is this supplement not counted when calculating my pension?
