Requirements for participation in the competition for the position of a judge

I have been working as a category 'B' civil servant for over 7 years in a state body that deals with legal issues throughout Ukraine. I am interested if I can participate in the competition for the position of a judge in the Specialized District Administrative Court if I have exactly 7 years of legal experience, or is more experience required? What other important nuances should be considered regarding the requirements for candidates?
