Fine for an offensive statement to the court
I've heard that a man was fined for filing a court statement with obscene language, and it was deemed a sign of disrespect to the court. Honestly, I never thought one could be fined for such phrases in an electronic submission. Please tell me, if I submit documents to the court and in my wording I express myself harshly or with emotional indignation towards the court or judges, can I also be held liable? What words or actions are generally considered such blatant contempt of court that can actually result in a fine?
