Liability for Bribery and Intermediation

I read a news story about the former Deputy Minister of Finance of Poland, who is suspected of taking large bribes, acting as an intermediary between entrepreneurs and state bodies. I became curious: what are the consequences for officials in Ukraine if they are accused of the same intermediation in resolving matters for money? What liability is provided for such actions in our country?
