Confiscation of property for unjustified assets of a judge

I read that the NACP found a judge to have almost UAH 3.3 million in unjustified assets due to the purchase of cars at very low prices, and a lawsuit is currently underway to recover the property to the state revenue. I am interested in: if the court really finds these assets unjustified and they are confiscated, does this mean that this judge will automatically be dismissed from office, and does he have any chance of returning to work after such a court decision?
