Teacher salary increase in 2026

I read that starting from January 2026, salaries for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff are supposed to increase by 30%, and a new remuneration system is planned to be introduced in September. I am interested in whether this salary increase for educators must necessarily take place in 2026, and what guarantees exist that these changes will be implemented? Can the government change these plans during the year?
