Remote mental health services: my rights

I read that the Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new procedure for providing mental health services through information and communication technologies, and this will be in effect together with the new law. If I contact a psychologist or psychotherapist online, how can I make sure that the specialist has all the necessary permits and complies with the requirements for protecting my data? Does this procedure provide any security guarantees for patients during remote consultations?
