Processing of disability pension in 2025

I see that in order to receive a disability pension, one must have a certain insurance period and confirm the disability group, and from 2025 disability will be established by special expert teams in medical institutions. I am wondering: if disability is established after dismissal from work, do I have the right to apply for a disability pension and exactly what documents need to be prepared in this case to avoid refusal by the Pension Fund?

The representative additionally submits a document confirming his/her authority

  6. 7. Certificate of accrued amounts of cash benefits and paid insurance premiums (if for the period from July 1, 2000 to December 31, 2016, the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance does not contain information necessary for the assignment of pensions to military personnel (except for military personnel on conscription), police officers, rank-and-file and command personnel in accordance with the Law)
