Liability for counterfeit My Little Pony toys

I read that due to the similarity of the markings with the original My Little Pony brand, customs detained a large batch of toys, and the entrepreneur was issued a report under Art. 476 of the Customs Code of Ukraine with the possibility of a fine and confiscation of the goods. If I order toys from abroad for my own use, but they are similar to these counterfeit ones, can I also be subject to such liability? What are the risks for ordinary buyers if, for example, I order several pieces of such toys via the Internet?
