Is the disability certificate from the MSEC valid?

Good morning, Perhaps you can help me with my question. I have a certificate that states my disability, it is in my maiden name, and I only recently found out that it also needed to be changed to my new surname. But I didn't change it because the war started, and my city is under occupation. I don't know how this issue can be resolved and what I should do in this situation. Will I have problems because I did not change it on time?

The disability certificate does not need to be changed. If necessary, provide a marriage certificate or another document on the basis of which the surname was changed, along with the certificate.
