Legal consequences of the executor's appeal to the court

The executor may apply to the court with a claim to challenge the debtor's transactions and to determine their share in the joint property exclusively in the interests of the claimant. The Supreme Court has clearly clarified that such lawsuits are filed to satisfy the claims of the claimant.
