A woman has been detained for the premeditated murder of her husband (Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). After her detention under Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the woman was served with a notice of suspicion. Upon the motion of the prosecutors, the court selected a preventive measure for her — detention in custody. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. The prosecutor's office is establishing all the circumstances of the conflict and is verifying the credibility of the suspect's testimony regarding possible prior domestic violence and the motives for the crime.
