Does the quality of food for military personnel meet established standards?

Recently, the Ministry of Defence published information about the organization of food supply in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But can one be sure that military personnel are actually receiving proper provisions? I would like to understand if there are any mechanisms for checking product quality in the military sector.
