Secondment of judges to the Lozivskyi court

The process of seconding judges to another court is carried out by the High Qualification Commission of Judges. The VKKS announces the need for judges, accepts applications or considers candidates on its own initiative, verifies their compliance with the requirements, and makes a decision on temporary transfer. A candidate for secondment must have the authority to administer justice, have no disciplinary penalties, meet the criteria of professionalism and integrity, and agree to the secondment, if it is not mandatory. The decision of the VKKS on secondment may be appealed by the judge to the Supreme Court through administrative procedure.
