To prove the impossibility of using the property and be exempted from rent, the tenant must apply to the landlord in writing, attaching evidence of the objective impossibility of using the property to the application. This may include, for example, documents confirming that the property is destroyed or occupied, as well as, for business entities, a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine on force majeure.
