Right to subsidies and assistance

Within the framework of the Government program initiated by the President of Ukraine, "Winter Support", the Ministry of Social Policy has provided for payments to the following categories:

• children under 18 in low-income families;
• children from the IDP category who are recipients of the subsistence allowance for internally displaced persons;
• children under guardianship or care;
• children with disabilities who are in family-type orphanages and foster families;
• persons with group I disability who are recipients of the subsistence allowance for internally displaced persons;
• single pensioners with a pension of up to UAH 9,444 who receive a care allowance.

The specified categories will be able to receive this payment through the Diia application or by applying independently to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. First, you will receive a notification on your phone from Diia, or if the recipient does not use Diia, from the Pension Fund, that such a payment is already pending.

Users of the Diia application should: Make sure the Diia application is updated to the latest version; Select Services → Winter Support → Winter 6,500 UAH. Confirm that you have an active Diia.Card to which the funds will be credited. If you do not have a Diia.Card – Diia will offer to open one online while creating the application. Submit the completed application.

If you do not use the "Diia" application, submit a written application at the nearest service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine: Fund employees will help you fill out the application for the Winter 6500 UAH, open a Diia.Card or another card with a special usage mode at a bank.
