Certain categories of citizens are entitled to benefits for payment for housing and utility services. To receive such a benefit, you must apply to one of the specified administrative service providers: 1. Territorial bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine 2. Executive bodies of village, settlement, and city councils 3. Executive committees of village, settlement, city (except for cities of regional significance) councils 4. Center for the provision of administrative services. An applicant can submit an application for the service in person, by sending documents by mail (registered letter) or e-mail, or by filling out an application for the service online at the website: https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/sidebar/Templates/InfoSubsidy. Documents required to receive the service: 1. Application for benefits for payment of housing and utility services, purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas. 2. Copies of documents confirming the right of the beneficiary and their family members to benefits (with the presentation of the originals of these documents). 3. A copy of the document certifying the person's registration in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers (taxpayer card). 4. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
