Leave for a UBD during the war

As a combatant, I am entitled to an additional leave of 14 days. Can I use these days after discharge from service if I did not manage to take them during my military service?

This type of leave is not carried over to subsequent years if unused, meaning it must be used by the employee within the calendar year. Unused leave is forfeited.
