The fact that the DTP scheme was obtained before information was entered into the ERDR, as it was compiled as part of processing materials for an administrative offense case, does not indicate the inadmissibility of such evidence, considering it was drawn up during a legally prescribed procedure at the time of recording the consequences of the DTP.
