New support model for VPO

The Ministry of Social Policy is transitioning from fragmented support programs for IDPs to a unified support model that covers a person's entire journey—from evacuation to full integration into the community. This means comprehensive assistance at every stage: initial adaptation and medical care, temporary accommodation, access to housing, employment, and social integration programs. A digital platform is being introduced that will unite all services and provide individual case management, reducing bureaucracy and speeding up the receipt of services. For IDPs, this will mean more systematic, coordinated, and personalized assistance, simpler procedures, and more effective support from the state and communities.
