Resumption of pensions for IDPs

To receive the returned funds, it is necessary to submit an application for such a payment. The application is submitted by the recipient in person to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, or through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, or by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services using a qualified electronic signature. The application may also be submitted by the recipient to AT "Oschadbank". When the recipient applies to AT "Oschadbank" with an application and an identity document, the bank carries out the physical identification of the recipient, makes a corresponding note on the application, and sends it to the Pension Fund of Ukraine in electronic form. In the absence of grounds for resuming the payment of a pension (monthly lifetime monetary maintenance) to the recipient, the payment of the returned funds to them is carried out by transferring the funds to an account opened in an authorized bank, after the physical identification of the person in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance”.
