The consumer has the right to:

  1. Submit a claim to the seller, manufacturer or enterprise that satisfies these requirements according to the location of the consumer (at your choice);

  2. File a complaint with the bodies protecting consumer rights (territorial bodies of the State Consumer Service);

  3. Apply to the court.

Where to go to protect your rights As a consumer, you can choose independently or gradually use all three ways to protect your rights, for example, by first filing a claim (statement) with the store where the product was purchased, then with a complaint to the territorial administration State Consumer Service, and only then - to the court.
