The right to receive a payment of 6500 UAH is granted to: 1. Parents or guardians for children who are already receiving state benefits: children under guardianship or custody; children with disabilities; children raised in foster families and FLH-type; IDP children who receive a living allowance; children from low-income families under 18 years of age. 2. People with group I disability among IDPs. 3. Single pensioners who receive a care allowance. You can apply for the payments online in Diia: log in to the application → Services → Winter support → Winter 6,500 UAH → confirm the Diia.Card for crediting funds; offline at the Pension Fund: visit the nearest PFU branch → take a Diia.Card or another card with a special account → the staff will help you fill out the application. Applications will be accepted until December 17, 2025.
