Can Ukrainian companies be affected by the strengthening of EU rules for Amazon and Microsoft

The European Commission wants to check the impact of Amazon and Microsoft on the EU cloud services market. If they are recognized as 'gatekeepers', this could also affect Ukrainian businesses that work with these companies. How could this happen and should Ukrainian companies do anything?
