Is the military levy withheld from dividends paid to a natural person?

The tax service reminded that dividends accrued to natural persons are included in their total monthly taxable income and are subject to the military levy at a rate of 5%. Does this mean that as a natural person who receives dividends, I have to pay the military levy?
