Do schools have the right to change the study schedule?
The Ministry of Education recommends that schools change their study schedules due to possible power outages. The head of the finance committee, Danylo Hetmantsev, expressed doubts about the appropriateness of such changes. Are the recommendations of the MES regarding changes to the study and vacation schedules lawful?
