Animal smuggling in Thailand

In Thailand, two citizens of the country were detained for smuggling 143 long-tailed macaques. These animals originate from Southeast Asia and are considered an endangered species. Does Ukrainian legislation provide for liability for animal smuggling if the crime was committed abroad?
