Verification of the legality of the competition to the CCU

The transparency and legality of the competition for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) are ensured by the legal requirements for candidates, the selection procedure which involves the assessment of qualifications and moral qualities, as well as the possibility of challenging candidacies.
