Do you consider it a violation of ethics to disseminate information about a colleague's political views?
The NADS order stipulates that civil servants are obliged to refrain from hate speech in their behavior and adhere to political neutrality. I am interested in whether it should be considered a violation of ethical norms if a colleague talks about his political views, for example, on a social network or in a private conversation. How can this affect professional activities and relations in the team?
