We have 2 minor children with my ex-deceased husband. He and his brother are the owners of the apartment they got after their mother's death. My brother does not give or show the documents for the apartment. The notary said to ask him to show it, because otherwise I will not prove that the deceased husband has half of the apartment. Is it possible to somehow legally influence and find out what share in the apartment the deceased has?

You can find out what share in the apartment the deceased husband has by obtaining an extract from the State Register of Real Property Rights.

Logging into the register is done using EDS.

After authorization in the system for an object of immovable property, you can search according to 3 criteria:

  • address;

  • registration number of the real estate object;

  • cadastral number of the land plot.

You can also find information about a specific person.
