You can find out what share in the apartment the deceased husband has by obtaining an extract from the State Register of Real Property Rights.
Logging into the register is done using EDS.
After authorization in the system for an object of immovable property, you can search according to 3 criteria:
address;
registration number of the real estate object;
cadastral number of the land plot.
