Supply of fighter jets: what are the legal consequences?

I am planning to buy a plot of land for building a house. But I have heard that there may be restrictions on the territory due to the possible location of military aircraft, in particular Gripen, F-16 and Mirage fighters, which Ukraine will receive from foreign partners. Can I demand compensation from the state if these aircraft are based near my plot and create noise or other inconvenience? Do I have the right to protect my rights as the owner of the land plot?
