Can my child claim compensation for beatings from a woman from Ternopil?

In Ternopil, a woman hit another person's 4-year-old child near a bakery. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Does my child have the right to compensation if he or she suffered from such an incident?
