What now gives the status of unemployed in the employment center without benefits?

According to Art. 56 of Law No. 1788-XII, the period of receiving unemployment benefits is included in the length of service for calculating the pension.

The basis for including the period up to 01.01.2004 in the length of service is the relevant records entered in the labor book by the public employment service body. However, starting from 01.01.2004, periods during which a person was registered at the employment center and received unemployment benefits (with the exception of one-time payments for starting an unemployed person's entrepreneurial activity) are included in the insurance record.
