Yaroslav SikorskyWhen selling a car "by power of attorney", the transfer of ownership does not take place, and therefore all fines for traffic violations recorded on cameras, as well as fines for violation of parking rules, will be issued to the current owner of the car, i.e. to you.
I recommend that you contact the person to whom you "sold" the car and issue an ultimatum that they immediately pay the fines or send you the appropriate funds, otherwise, since you are the current owner of the car, you can LEGALLY get it back.
