They sold the car on commission, after six months in another region, the driver received...?
solved... fine for not having an insurance policy. Currently, a letter from the executive service has arrived to the owner of the car and all cards have been blocked. Is there any way out of this situation, or do I need to pay a fine for another?

When selling a car "by power of attorney", the transfer of ownership does not take place, and therefore all fines for traffic violations recorded on cameras, as well as fines for violation of parking rules, will be issued to the current owner of the car, i.e. to you.
I recommend that you contact the person to whom you "sold" the car and issue an ultimatum that they immediately pay the fines or send you the appropriate funds, otherwise, since you are the current owner of the car, you can LEGALLY get it back.
Please contact me, I will be glad to help in solving this issue.
