I am studying under the Erasmus+ program and I am interested in the question: if Serhiy Babak has addressed the European Parliament with a proposal to exempt Ukraine from paying membership fees in the Erasmus+ program from 2028, does this mean that I will be able to continue my studies without additional costs to the state?
