Am I entitled to housing as an IDP?

I am an internally displaced person and am looking for temporary housing. The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on simplifying the conditions for using state property for temporary residence of IDPs. Do I need to contact any authorities to obtain housing under this program, and what documents do I need to submit?
