Can I make a general power of attorney to my wife on a car, having in my hands..?

In accordance with the Procedure for notarial acts by notaries of Ukraine approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 22.02.2012 No. 296/5, there is no such possibility as presenting documents in the "DEED" appendix for certification of powers of attorney.
