Does the Cabinet of Ministers have the right to dismiss the head of the National Social Service?
I learned that the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Lutsyk. I am interested in whether the Cabinet of Ministers has the right to dismiss the head of such an agency? Is there any special decision or procedure required for this?
