Am I entitled to compensation for property damage during the war?

In Nizhyn, the enemy massively attacked the city with strike drones, resulting in damage to critical infrastructure and disruption of water and electricity supplies. Am I entitled to compensation for damages caused by this attack if I am the owner of the damaged property?
