Can Ukraine demand compensation from Russia for the gas it did not receive?

If the US is ready to completely replace Russian gas and oil in Europe, as US Energy Secretary Chris Wright has stated, do I, as a citizen of Ukraine, have the right to demand compensation from Russia for the gas I did not receive as a result of the war? What legal mechanisms exist to obtain such compensation?
