Can the decision of the HQCJ regarding the secondment of a judge be appealed?

I want to know if it is possible to appeal the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine regarding the secondment of a judge to another court. For example, if the commission recommended the secondment of a judge to the Kamianka-Buz District Court of Lviv Oblast, can this decision be appealed in court or another instance?
