Are forensic medical examiner employees entitled to a salary increase?

The Minister of Health announced the allocation of funds for salary increases for forensic medical examination workers in 2026. But does this mean that they will definitely receive a raise? I intend to turn to the legislation to find out whether the draft budget for 2026 provides for a mandatory salary increase for these workers, or whether it leaves it to the employer's discretion.
