Is it possible to appeal the decision of the HQCJ regarding a candidate for the position of judge?

I am trying to appeal the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges regarding one of the candidates for the position of judge in the Court of Appeal. What should I do under Ukrainian law if I believe that the decision was made in violation of the qualification assessment procedure?
