If the CCC requires original documents to execute the decision of the VLK, can I refuse to provide them and what will happen to me for that?

The requirement for military units or CCCs and SPs to submit only original documents to implement the decision of the VLK does not comply with current rules. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 901 directly allows for the exchange of medical and other documents in electronic form during a special period.
